emerchantpay found themselves in a place where the branding and positioning hadn’t kept pace with company growth since it was founded back in 2002. Not only was the company looking its age there was inconsistencies across all its touchpoints.
When you live in the fastest growing tech sector with new companies, products and services coming to market daily all vying for your attention this is real problem. emerchantpay needed to play catchup and fast.
The discovery revealed a key attribute that emerchantpay could lay claim to - flexibility, which ran throughout their entire offer.
With this in mind we created a brand identity that was made from flexible lines. A full suite of over 40 icons were developed to better and consistently identity products and services. We also expanded the colour palette from 2 to 7 colours for maximum stand out.
